Lens Legacy provides appointment-based photography services for product photography in Kourou, including studio sessions, product review, shot-list planning, photography production, proof review, and file delivery as agreed for each project. The scope of work is confirmed only after the product count, style, and deliverables have been reviewed.
Fees are based on the agreed project scope, including product count, views, styling, and retouched files. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, as confirmed for the booking. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference material, and a clear shot list where required. Sample setup approval, proof review, and final selections must be completed in good faith, and delays in client feedback may affect production and delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs and related creative materials remain the property of Lens Legacy until the applicable license is granted or the agreed use is confirmed. No rights are transferred beyond the scope expressly agreed for the project, and no RAW or unedited files are included by default.

Lens Legacy will use reasonable care in producing and editing images, but does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, colors, textures, reflections, or backgrounds. To the extent permitted by law, Lens Legacy is not liable for indirect loss, missed business opportunities, or results arising from incomplete instructions, unsuitable source products, or client-approved selections.
